Pricing & Payments

• No physical products are sold.

• Pricing is determined based on distance, number of passengers, and/or duration of service.

• Quotes are provided upon request and must be agreed upon prior to service.

• Payment may be required in advance to secure your booking.

Refund Policy

Please contact us at 1 (904) 434-8276 if you are not satisfied with your ride for any reason or if you need to cancel a ride that was already paid for on our site.

Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Delivery Timeframe

Not applicable. All Duval Transportation, LLC is a service-based business and does not ship or deliver physical goods.
